Shipping policy

US SHIPPING

All items ordered will ship within 3-7 business days. TKaye & Co primarily ship USPS. After leaving our workspace USPS typically delivers within 3–5 business days. Once your items are on the way, you will receive a notification that contains tracking information.​

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

​TKaye & Co currently only ships to Canada. Please note that international orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped them.

ORDER ISSUES / PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

If you have any problems with your order (wrong order, not received, damaged, etc.) contact us so we can accommodate you! Customer satisfaction is our priority. We will always try our hardest to resolve any issues that may arise. Please keep in mind that the products you are purchasing are 100% handmade. Each card may have small variations.

Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will kindly replace any damaged items that are reported to us within 24 - 48 hours of order delivery.
